Weight Loss Program

On your appointment day, you will complete an intake form, agreement to treatment packet and a new patient packet if you are new to the practice. Once this information is reviewed with a staff member, you will receive a lab sheet of eight tests to provide Dr. Robinson with a baseline of your overall health. This series of test will be repeated three months into the program and six months at the end of the program.

Follow ups will go as stated: The second appointment you will receive your journal that is the length of six months on a day-by-day basis and pen. It is expected for this journal to be brought back to office every appointment. We will discuss your lab results, eating habits, activity level and you'll weigh in on our scale. The scale measures twelve different biometrics that provide insight into the components of your weight. We record this information in order to recommend changes to enhance your weight loss and educate you along the way. 

We have options to choose from, allowing individualization to the program. Skinny shots, priced at $150, is a lipase inhibitor, which works by inhibiting lipase from breaking down dietary fat from foods, so that excess fat is excreted from the body. 

Semaglutide known as Ozempic, priced at $299, slows down the emptying of the stomach which can help regulate the absorption of nutrients -including glucose- in the digestive system. This contributes to a feeling of fullness and reduced appetite.

 Tirzepatide known as Mounjaro, priced at $399, regulates insulin levels and slows down the emptying of the stomach. It also acts on areas of the brain that control hunger and appetite. As a result, people can lose significant weight.

A new addition to our weight loss medication options is pHix. pHix can be used in conjunction with the Skinny shot, Ozempic, Mounjaro or alone. pHix is not an injectable, unlike our opposing options; Phix is a liquid that is meant to be added to your favorite drink, including 'adult beverages'. It is extracted from the Matured Hop Plant which stimulates your body's metabolism and burns visceral fat. Add pHix to your drink once or twice a day and feel the fat melt away!

Our maintenance fee for the weight loss program is $99, this is paid at the first appointment after completing your paperwork. The second appointment you will only pay for medication as this the follow up appointment where your lab results are reviewed. The appointments following, the full balance will be paid at check-in, Mounjaro's total is $498, Ozempic's total is $398 and the total for Skinny shots is $249.

For individuals utilizing pHix, the $99 maintenance fee is paid at the first appointment. Registration is required with a credit card to place on file; this is due in part to the medication is not given in office but instead shipped to the individual's home. The cost of Phix is $89.95/month for 30 snap-packets including tax and shipping expenses.

When you lose 10 pounds from your baseline weight, you receive a B12 shot. When you lose another 15 pounds for a total of 25, you receive a month of Skinny shots.
